Iway manufactures specialty linear LED lighting in its own factory: 130°C sauna-rated LED strips in three widths, IP68/IP69K underwater neon flex for pools and hot springs, a 150 lm/W high-efficacy architectural strip, and sealed tri-proof luminaires for food plants and warehouses. IW-SL Sauna LED Strip — 3 widths
Rated for 130°C continuous heat: luminous attenuation <15% after 1,000 h at 130°C. 24 V DC, 5 W/m, CRI 90, 120°, IP65 integral encapsulation. Widths: 1212Z (240-255 lm/m), 1010Z (270-300 lm/m), W8 (500-550 lm/m, up to 20 m dual-end run). CCT 2700-5000K.
IW-AW Underwater Neon Flex
IP68 + IP69K + IK10 neon for pools, seawater and hot springs: 3 m depth, 20 m dual-end cascade, high-density TPU body resisting active chlorine <10 ppm and salt <4%. 5-year underwater warranty; PC profile with IP68 junction-box mounting; twist-tested 5,000 cycles, tensile ≥650 N.
IW-ERP High-Efficacy Strip — 150 lm/W
Up to 150 lm/W at 5 W/m (700-750 lm/m) — lower power draw for the same brightness. 24 V DC, CRI 90, 120°, CCT 2700K-6500K, IP65 anti-UV silicone, bendable with fixed cutting points, dual-end feed up to 10 m. For coves, facades and landscape lines.
IW-TP Tri-Proof Luminaire — IP54
Sealed waterproof / dustproof / anti-corrosion fixture for food processing, warehouses and logistics. 4 lengths: 430/600/1165/1466 mm; 18/18/36/45 W; 1,800-4,800 lm. Field-switchable 2700K/4000K/6500K. Constant-current AC90-130 V or AC200-240 V. CE, RoHS.
Sauna & Wellness Lighting, Done Properly
Most LED strips fail in sauna cabins because standard solder joints and adhesives break down above 85°C. The IW-SL series uses high-temperature SMD reflow on heat-resistant boards and full integral encapsulation, so it holds its output where ordinary strips yellow, delaminate or dim. The same engineering discipline carries into the IW-AW underwater neon: certified for long-term immersion, high-pressure jetting (IP69K) and both chlorinated and salt water.
